As a luxury event management company in Hong Kong, we are excited to take this challenging job in a very limited setup time. Due to venue policy, we only have 13 hours to finish the setup, testing, cleaning and touchup for 300-meter square wooden-made platform, a 9 metes square VR (Virtual Reality) Room, 7 over 2-meter height showcase. Finally, we arranged about 50 workers including carpenter, electrical technician, AV technician and logistics workers and event manager to finish the event setup in 11 hours. Other difficulties of this event are the logistics arrangement. The 7 showcases request about 30  wooden packing boxes, it’s totally almost 80 CBM. There is not enough space and time for a shopping mall to store all boxes at the same time. So, the details and precise logistics arrangement are required especially we only have 13 hours for this project.

Event Concept: When the client steps inside, they will see the partnership, passion, and history of OMEGA. Each showcase contains a collection of OMEGA’s timepieces, while also detailing the stories behind them. In order to increase the bonding between the client and the brand’s story. A luxury event management company, we have to consider about each part of the event how to connect the brand with the client, hence, this event including VR room to let the client experience how the astronauts walk on the moon and create a little video game inside the experience room. However, we want to make the appearance of the VR room look like a spaceship and keep the luxury feeling, so we decide to use metal brushed pattern to outer finishing.
